1. Who we are

This website, zenovatez.com, and the Zyn AI tools on it are owned and operated by Zenovatez, a business run by Sk Gaffar Ali (professionally known as Ali Hyder) in India (“Zenovatez”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, use our agency services (video editing, websites, social media and related creative services) or use Zyn AI, our AI assistant and AI tools, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and business name when you fill in a form, message us or create an account.
  • Account details for Zyn AI, such as your email address and an encrypted password.
  • Content you submit to Zyn AI: chat messages, voice input, text, links (for example YouTube links), images, PDFs and other files you upload to a tool.
  • Project information and files you share with us for agency work.
  • Billing details needed to process a subscription or invoice (such as name, email, plan and transaction reference).

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
  • Usage counters for Zyn AI (for example how many free uses you have left today), and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you logged in, remember preferences (such as light or dark mode) and keep the site fast and secure.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet details are entered on the payment gateway’s secure systems and are not stored by us. We receive only confirmation of the payment, such as the amount, date, plan and transaction ID.

4. How Zyn AI processes your content

To generate answers, Zyn AI sends the content you submit (messages, voice transcripts, text, links, images and files) to third-party AI service providers that process it on our behalf to produce a response. Some features may also use a web search service to find current information and show sources. Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive personal data to Zyn AI. Voice input in your browser may be converted to text by your browser’s built-in speech service.

5. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate and improve our website, agency services and Zyn AI.
  • To create and manage your account, apply usage limits and provide your subscription plan.
  • To respond to your enquiries and send service-related messages (for example about your project, account or payment).
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the service secure.
  • To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing messages only where you have asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, payment gateways, third-party AI service providers, email and messaging services), each only as needed to provide their service; when required by law or to protect our rights and users; or with your consent.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Zyn AI chat history stays in your account until you delete it or close your account. Enquiry and project records are kept as needed for the project and for legal and accounting requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your information. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your Zyn AI account, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
