1. Agreement

This website, zenovatez.com, and the Zyn AI tools on it are owned and operated by Zenovatez, a business run by Sk Gaffar Ali (professionally known as Ali Hyder) in India (“Zenovatez”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website, our agency services or Zyn AI, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

  • Agency services: video editing, website design and development, social media management and related creative and digital services for founders, creators and businesses in India, the Gulf, the US/UK and elsewhere. The scope, deliverables, price and timeline for each project are set out in a written quote or proposal agreed with you (by email or WhatsApp).
  • Zyn AI: an AI assistant and AI tools (such as Thumbnail Battle, Viral Doctor, Script Clone, AI Voiceover, Rate Card and Pitch Deck Roast), offered on a Free plan with daily usage limits and on paid monthly subscription plans.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Plans, pricing and payment

  • Zyn AI plans are currently: Free (daily usage limits), Starter (US$5/month), Pro (US$12/month) and Agency (US$29/month). Prices in Indian Rupees (INR) may be shown for customers in India. The price, currency and usage included in each plan are shown on the website at the time of purchase and apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance for each billing period and, where you choose auto-renewal, renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal.
  • Agency services are charged as per the agreed written quote. Advance payment or milestone payments may be required before work starts.
  • We may change prices or plan features for future billing periods with reasonable notice on the website.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes usage limits (for example a number of uses per day or per month, and minutes of AI voice). When a limit is reached, the feature pauses until the limit resets or you upgrade. We may apply reasonable fair-use limits to keep the service available for everyone.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI tools can be inaccurate. Zyn AI generates answers automatically and may produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. Scores, estimates, suggested rates and predictions are AI opinions, not guarantees. Please review and verify any output before relying on it, especially for business, financial, legal or medical decisions.

Content you submit is processed by third-party AI service providers to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee any specific result, such as views, followers, leads, sales or revenue, from our services or from Zyn AI.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or Zyn AI to:

  • break any law, or upload content you do not have the right to use;
  • create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory or deceptive, or that infringes anyone’s privacy or intellectual property;
  • impersonate any person, create misleading deepfakes, send spam or commit fraud;
  • attempt to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, bypass usage limits or share accounts to avoid paying;
  • upload malware or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

8. Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, you may use the output Zyn AI generates for you. For agency projects, ownership of final deliverables passes to you after full payment, unless the written quote says otherwise; we may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. The Zenovatez name, logo, website design and Zyn AI software remain our property.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Zyn AI available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the service may be paused for maintenance or because of problems with third-party providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is”, and Zenovatez is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
