AI Acceptable Use Policy

Zyn AI is the AI assistant and set of AI tools on zenovatez.com/zyn-ai, operated by Zenovatez, a business run by Sk Gaffar Ali (professionally known as Ali Hyder) in India (“Zenovatez”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how you may and may not use Zyn AI. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Use Zyn AI responsibly

  • Check AI output before you publish it, send it to someone or rely on it. AI can make mistakes and can sound confident when it is wrong.
  • You are responsible for what you create with Zyn AI and how you use it.
  • Follow the rules of the platforms you post on (for example YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google and Meta ads).

2. What you must not do

Do not use Zyn AI to:

  • break any law, or help someone else break it;
  • create or share content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, involves minors in any sexual way, or encourages self-harm;
  • create deepfakes, fake reviews or fake testimonials, impersonate a real person or brand, or mislead people about who made something;
  • create spam, scams, phishing messages or misleading ads;
  • upload content, voices, videos or personal data you do not have the right to use;
  • copy someone else’s work in a way that infringes their copyright or trademark;
  • get personalised legal, medical or financial decisions without checking with a qualified professional;
  • try to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around usage limits, or share or resell an account.

3. Voices and likeness

Only use voices, faces and names you own or have clear permission to use. Do not use AI voiceovers to pretend to be a real person without their consent, or to mislead listeners.

4. Your data in Zyn AI

To generate a reply, the text, links, images, audio and files you submit are processed by third-party AI service providers, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Do not enter passwords, bank or card details, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information into Zyn AI.

5. Limits and fair use

Each plan has usage limits, shown on the website. We may apply fair-use limits or pause features to keep the service available for everyone.

6. If rules are broken

We may refuse a request, remove shared content, or suspend or close an account that breaks this policy. Where the law requires it, we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
